Bittergourd in Raw Mango || Karela Sangh Kutcha Aam Recipe ||









Serves: 4 people

Ingredients :

1. ½ kg bitter gourd or karela. Wash it nicely, cut it into small pieces and pressure cooker in little water for 2-3 whistles with ½ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
2. 4 big sized onions (chopped finely)
3. 1½ kalonji or onion seeds
4. 1½ teaspoon saunff / fennel seeds
5. 1/4th teaspoon methi dana / fenugreek seeds
6. 2½ coriander powder
7. 2-3 teaspoon chilli powder
8. ½ kg raw mango washed, peeled and cut into small pieces.
9. Salt as per taste
