1. 2 small ridge gourd or tauri (washed, skin removed and cut into round pieces)
2. 2 small onions chopped
3. 2 teaspoon vinegar
4. 2 dried red chillies
5. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
6. salt to taste
7. 2 teaspoons of oil for frying
